The Centers for Music Therapy in End of Life Care
~ are dedicated to providing
participants with a dynamic educational experience that will prepare them to serve people with advanced illnesses and their
families through the continuum of end of life and bereavement,
~ seek to further the breadth and depth of research
evaluating the effects of music therapy in end of life and bereavement care and disseminate research findings to healthcare
providers and the community at large, and
~ advocate for the expansion of music therapy services to further increase
access to needed services by patients and families.
